This is the "shredder's" Les-Paul I've always wanted. I added the pickguard (from my '76) and the "rythm/treble" ring around the toggle. Also, the knobs are new. I've got creme pickup rings to go on there, and the creme toggle cap is on order as well. Otherwise, it's lookin pretty good.









The last shot is a good comparison between the Agile and the real deal - that's a '76 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe gold-top. The horn and the inlays are a little different, but the rest is pretty dead on.

MUCH more. With the Les Paul, I can get to the 17th fret or so comfortably. On the Agile with the cutaway and the longer scale, I can easily hit the 24th.

I'm not a big Les Paul fan, but I like the idea of a floating trem and a locking neck on one. 'Tis nice.

I agree. My only electric guitar for about 15 years was an old Les Paul. For the style of music I'm into, it was the worst possible guitar. It's too hard to learn how to play fast technical shit on a Paul. Once you learn how to play however, it's easy to take it back over to the Paul. So after I had my Jackson and Ravenwest for a month or two I found myself picking up the Les Paul a lot. After going for the whammy bar twenty too many times and remembering it didn't have one, I had the idea to get one of these.

Also, I'm pretty excited that not a single person noticed how I carved up the pickguard by hand with a razor to make it fit the guitar. ;)

It's so hard to find good lefty shit. Every guitar I want isn't mande lefty. I don't even care that they're cheap, it's just great that Rondo and Ravenwest make so many fucking lefties.

It's a 5 string Brice, also sold by Rondomusic. They're $190 new. Sounds killer. After a full setup it's become the best sounding bass I have.
