"On June 28th 2012, Blythe was arrested by Czech police for being suspected in manslaughter case of killing a fan who climbed on stage during the concert in Prague club Abaton two years earliera on May 24th 2010. Blythe reportedly got into a fight with the fan and injuries resulted in fan's death. Blythe was in Prague with his band Lamb of God to perform a concert at local Rock Cafe club. The gig was cancelled afterwards.[4]"

This must be a case of mistaken identity. Megadeth or Pantera must have killed a fan years ago and Prague just thinks Lamb of God is rehashing it.
