We're trying every resource we can find, so why not RTTP:

We're planning a small route in August and already have RI, MA, NY, and NH booked... but having trouble trying to find something in Southern Vermont or Northern Connecticut on Friday August 17. Can you think of any bands, promoters, or venues in these areas? We're not looking for a guarantee, but some gas money or even a solid lineup would be nice. Any leads or tips?

I'm thinking these areas are just a lost cause now and we should just double up in Mass, but we're trying to do 5 states in 5 dates. Any help would be great... thanks

There is absolutely nothing in Northern CT. Not worth even trying.

You guys should play at the Ellevens in northampton ma. It's really close to both Southern vt and ct. I saw the hive there, pretty sure they have contact info.

I have a contact in Burlington, VT...if that's far enough south for you...

Thanks Eli. I've heard of the Elevens and will look into it if our CT leads fall through, or we might try to get something at Silk City in Florence.

And Burlington is a bit far north, trying to keep it as close to the MA border to save on gas as possible... only because we all work that day and can only drive about an hour to an hour and a half to make it in time.

Oh those bands were pretty gay from what I remember.

Drowningman, Infantiphagia and Caracalla (early-mid stages) were the only good bands from VT when I lived there most of my life.

Not a comment on those bands, just that I know the guy and can try to get them a show if they want one up that way.

Do not play VT. Every band that has come through has usually been severely disapointed except the Jefferson Plane Crash because they played with THE WORST BAND IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD and recorded their set....GLASS EYES (www.myspace.com/glasseyesmetal)

I've played VT 3 times and enjoyed it, althought the last one of the 3, barely anyone showed.

Bump, still workin on getting something in western mass. We've been contacting a bunch of promoters and venues but nothing just yet. I know it's two months down the road but the earlier we can get it booked, the more time we'll have to push it, any help is definitely appreciated

We decided to play Haverhill that night instead so thanks for the help everyone.

The last date we need is ANYTHING in Maine on Sat August 18th. Genos is taken so we're open to pretty much anything else.
