i woke up yesterday and took 7 shits the first hour that i was awake.

all better today.

I just felt like crap and almost puked.. nausea and it felt like spikes going through my guts and I don't remember eating spikes.

I hope it's not that Nolo virus, or whateverthefuck it's called. I had taht back in January... fucking horrendous. Shivering, puking, shat at least 50x in the course of 12 hrs, worst body aches I've ever experienced. The worst of it is around 48 hrs, but it was nigh 3 weeks before I could eat a solid meal and not feel gross after.
