DEP was kinda tight, sound was off tho. Either one of the guitar cabs has blown speakers or the PA is in rough shape.

Deftones killed it. I spent my night protecting people in the pit until enough people pissed me off, then 7 words happened and I think I killed somebody.

No. Really. There were 4 jock dudes trying to dominate that pit and I think I killed one of them. Can anyone confirm?

It was a great show. Funeral Party was the name of the opening band and they were the oddball band on the bill. I will say I enjoyed their use of percussion. Neat.

Dillenger Escape Plan was alright, their singer is even more jacked than I realized. They got a good response from the crowd but a lot of people around me had no idea who they were.

Deftones were awesome! Their sound was really good and they played all the right songs although a few more from the self-titled album than I would have wanted. I've never seen them live before but I would suffice to say this is probably the best he's ever sounded.

Too many buttdarts and fat Hot Topic chicks in the crowd though who wouldn't stop trying to push me out of the way to get a closer picture of Chino. Almost punched a few people in the face because of it.

I got some garbled drunken text from my friend last night that read something like,
