Name change is because the Australian Voyager is touring in the states now, supporting soilwork, and they have been cocksuckers about it thus far already before they ever had plans to actually play over here. Voyager (US) is all well and good, but doesn't actually hold up in terms of trademark/servicemark law if they felt like they were important enough to actually lawyer up over it, so it really isn't worth it. Having an actual different name lets us have our own separate page on things like last.fm, amazon, etc and makes it easier to search. Since we finally have a new record coming out that will have decent distribution, it was the best way to avoid headaches.
Plus, it's all in caps, which makes it heavier. So suck a dick and come out tonight to get the inside of your butthole riffed like you wouldn't believe. |
