Just setting up my Line 6 toneport interface thingie and now that I'm not using it on a mac and don't have garage band, what program has the best quality : user-friendly ratio? Preferably something I can procure via Pirate Bay or torrent... I've heard good things about Audacity. Figured out Garage Band in twenty minutes- would like something comparable.

Thanks

Fun FactBomb: The guy that created WinAmp also created Cockos, the company that created Reaper.

If you need help with any of it, send a message here.

only recording vocals in the bath tub with a cum-stained mattress as sound proofing is real.
