Another flick to drag you down into the dumps. This late 80's offering follows Goose, the leader of the street gang The Ravens, as he decides it's time to quit the gang life and settle down with his girlfriend (she's a psychic and sees some foul shit heading their way), but first he's got one more big deal to make.

Only the rival gang the Ravens ain't having it.

Bigger lines than 212 could shake a stick at, more throat slashings than a weekend in Columbia and that infamous sample at the beginning of Impetigo's ''I Work for the Street Cleaner'' make this one not to be missed.

This movie kills for sure, I love that the director is one of the main actors. The bonus material is all pretty rad. This is why I love nextflix, awesome b-movies that are IMPOSSIBLE to find but right at your finger tips.

I got to watch Accion Mutante before someone lost it on Netflix, check that movie if you havn't seen it, kinda hard to find on download with subtitles (its spanish) but you can find those online and sneak it into the files.

This is now a B-Horror Appreciation Thread
Talk about one, then recommend one!

Plauge Dogs, anyone seen it?

I usually snag my movies at conventions of the few remaining Mom & Pop video stores (liquidation/going out of business sales).

Haven't seen either of those but I am watching Gator Bait right now. Claudia Jennings, Playmate of the year 1970, as a bodaciously ruthless alligator poacher with a price on her head? Sign me up.

There was a link on this forum a long ass time ago to another forum with a killer 200+ list of fantastic horror and cult movies, I wish I could find it but no such luck. Another good one off that list was Slime City.

Also there is a Zine that does essentially what you do buying VHS from liquidating mom and pop video stores and rate them from one to five stars. I'll check the name of the zine and the dude's E-mail if your interested I think it was like 8 bux for all seven issues or something. It's a killer zine. It's pretty on point actually, worth checking at least one issue out to see if it's for you.

Fuck yeah, Slime City!

..and because it's almost Turkey Day one should not forget to watch ''Body by Jake'' Steinfeld in the 1981 PCP induced slasher freakout in Home Sweet Home!

Haha oh man, racing around spring break on a moped... Doesn't get more terrifying than that!

Not only is the great "Henry Kirkpatrick" a true genius of cinematic direction, but what a fashion icon to boot!

Nightmare Beach is a romping good time, but this is where I think Umberto really shines!
