Getting The Fuck Out With Pleasure. (CSN is cool though)

toggletoggle post by LPCustom at Jul 22,2010 2:24pm
Best CSN album to start with? I have Deja Vu from CSN&Y - basically bought it cause Neil Young is God though.

toggletoggle post by reimroc at Jul 22,2010 2:25pm
CCR is the shit

toggletoggle post by DreadKill  at Jul 22,2010 2:31pm
i love CCR

toggletoggle post by arilliusbm  at Jul 22,2010 2:32pm
CSN is great to smoke a bone and drive around.

toggletoggle post by RichHorror  at Jul 22,2010 2:33pm
Last time someone tried to get me to argue my response was "Whatever dude, I just wanna drink whisky and listen to CCR". ENDORSED.

Hey LPCustom, if you like Neil Young a bunch, get the album Zuma. Cortez the Killer = sonic heroin

CNN is the best news network going

Yeah I have it dude, incredible stuff - but thanks. I actually saw him in Worcester in May too (he played Cortez!) and it was unreal + he signed my ticket after the show!

I have 20 or so Neil Young albums and plan on continuing the collection for sure. If you like him you should look into Buffalo Springfield.

Saying that however they're nothing like Neil Young's solo work (if you haven't heard them) and are pretty close to the Beatles earlier work I guess you could say. I think they're pretty fantastic though. You'll probably at least know the song "For What It's Worth".

The three songs that close Cosmo's Factory are pretty hard to top.

Wrote a song for everyone, wrote a song for truth...

toggletoggle post by Yeti at Oct 26,2010 7:37am
Someday Never Comes is the best CCR song.

toggletoggle post by arilliusbm  at Oct 26,2010 8:06am
LPCustom better be watching the celtics tonight instead of listening to CCR

toggletoggle post by punk potenza at Oct 26,2010 11:34am

Effigy, Tombstone Shadow and Walking on the Water, top notch.

Voidoids covered Walking on the Water but it's nowhere near as good, I think. Only "weak" song on Blank Generation.
