Holy fuck that video was funny. Despite having to fill four hours of prime time TV a week, late 90's WWF was just full of great stuff like this non-stop (with only a couple notable bombs: Mae Young skits and tweaking the Undertaker character to inexplicably be best buddies with Kane before deciding to become a biker who enjoys Limp Bizkit).

I miss how good it used to be when I watch this video, because it's never been as good since, that golden age ended near the beginning of 2001 as far as great writing and great matches (partially due to jumping out of its own reality one too many times in an effort to seem more "behind the scenes" with so-called "smart mark" storylines, partially due to the consequent collapse of cheering/booing reactions from the audience that all storylines in wrestling have always depended on, and partially because buying out WCW was like paying top dollar for cancer).

I remember watching on Monday and Thursday nights every week during the era this video is from while smoking lots of pot... good times.

I've barely watched any wrestling at all in the last six or seven years, though.

I agree 100%. Wrestling died in 2001
