well it's exactly what it sounds like -

1 - acquire box of wine
2 - get that bag out of there.
3 - hold the bag above your head (we're using gravity here), and place the spiggot end in your mouth.
4 - this step is important - lock your lips around the end, and open the spiggot. keep swallowing while everyone around you firmly and vigorously slaps the bag. it's ok, these bags are thick, but if it breaks, everybody wins.
5 - profit?
