INTERNAL AFFAIRS joins the Martyr Family

Martyr is most pleased to announce the addition of Los Angeles' INTERNAL AFFAIRS to the family. Comprised of ex & current members of CARRY ON, PIECE BY PIECE & STAND & FIGHT, the members of INTERNAL AFFAIRS are certainly no strangers to Southern California Hardcore. They bring with them their style of Modern Hardcore mixed with 80's/Early 90's Hardcore, akin to NEGATIVE APPROACH, STRAIGHT AHEAD, INFEST & MADBALL.

INTERNAL AFFAIRS have been making a name for themselves the past year after coming off a well-received 7" titled "Casualty of the Core" on Malfunction Records and about to release a split 7" offering with friends ALLEGIANCE on Malfunction & Rival Records.

INTERNAL AFFAIRS will be on tour all through out this Spring & Summer, making appearances from the West Coast to the East Coast, including making stops at this year's Chicago & Posi Numbers Fests.

DRAW BLOOD joins the Martyr Family

>From the long-standing scene of Boston comes the newest hardcore/punk sensation, DRAW BLOOD, who explode onto the scene like a flame to dynamite, quick and devastating. Armed as a 4-piece army, their weapon is fast-paced, pissed off hardcore that has been described as a mixture of KID DYNAMITE or THE SUICIDE FILE with a more aggressive vocal delivery.

Formed in late 2003, DRAW BLOOD quickly entered Guilty Dog studios in late November to record their three-song demo, which clocks in at fewer than four minutes! 600+ copies later and after only a handful of shows, there has been an unbelievable hype continually building around the band.

DRAW BLOOD will be unleashing their fury on the world on a mass scale via their debut EP, entitled "The Calm Before the Storm," which will be released in late Spring by Martyr Records. Recorded at The Outpost with renowned engineer Jim Siegel (GIVE UP THE GHOST, BLOOD FOR BLOOD, DROPKICK MURPHYS), this EP will impress both fans and newcomers alike.

MARTYR RECORDS DOMINATION SETS SITES ON THREE NEW STATES

Our plans to take over the country are coming together well. Three more states have been added to our hit list and our forces are moving in. Expect split EPs for the following:

*Connecticut, featuring THE DISTANCE and WITH HONOR
*Virginia, featuring MURDER WEAPON and TO THE GRAVE
*Florida, featuring CASEY JONES and xDIARY OF A CORPSEx

For those unfamiliar with these agents of domination, let us fill you in:

THE DISTANCE: Their debut EP arrived recently on Bridge Nine Records.

WITH HONOR: No introduction needed, they leveled 2003 and will destroy 2004 via Stillborn Records.

MURDER WEAPON: One of the leading bands for Martyr Records.

TO THE GRAVE: Formerly known as THE TAKEOVER, they're a leading band for Stillborn Records.

CASEY JONES: Featuring members of EVERGREEN TERRACE, they bring forth straight edge anthems, breakdowns, sing-alongs & tongue-in-cheek lyrics and just released their debut on Indianola Records.

xDIARY OF A CORPSEx: Features "Mean" Pete (UNTIL THE END/REMEMBERING NEVER) on vocals, this is the newest South Florida edge assault! XDOACX is compared to UNTIL THE END with elements from CONVERGE.
