I went into it with low expectations and was REALLY surprised at how funny it was. The second one was just meh, IMO though.

When the 1st one was coming out I thought it was going to be a stupid movie. 1st time I watched it, thought it was stupid. 2nd time I watched it, I smoked and thought it was meh. 3rd time was a charm. I like both of them, especially while under the influence because I caught a lot of little jokes here or there that I missed while sober.

Clearly, Obama is a stoner.
