I really appreciate Brazilian metal especially that of the mid-late 80's and early 90's. It is the ultimate anti-gay form of metal. I am proud to like that an know that nobody in the band Gayside Service is tough enough to listen to this stuff. I don't care even if they attempt it, they can never be a fan because it's too manly a style they will always knock it because it's not norwegian black metal, or too close to the sound of death. Bands like Sarcofago, Holocausto, Mutilator, Chakal, Sextrash, Mystifier, early Sepultura, are just so mean and abnormal. much of it was way ahead of it's time also For Ex. Sarcofago's INRI came out in 1987 and featured some of the first proper blast beats and hysterically blasphemous lyrics. There's just something about listening to Brazilian metal that just brings out the inner wild one in me and makes me want to feed your face to the dogs like on the cover of the Holocausto Campo De Exterminio album.

I really need to get that NWN! Mystifier LP boxset before it sells out.
