i am just confused as to how this country is filled with the notion that opposing illegal immigration = racial hatred.

in a country with diminishing resources, a failing economy, ridiculous numbers of homeless, unemployed and people on welfare, there is nothing racist about wanting nothing to do with amnesty for illegals, or asking the government to tighten border security.

There is nothing racist about saying you want to live in a country full of people like you, either.
