This is probably too late now, but, and I'm assuming you did whatever you're charged with, get a cwaf if you can. Trials are a big pain the ass. Just pay the $21 a month for however long they cwaf it for and be done with it.

they offered my friend that 21 bucks a month for 6 months on probation. he told the lawyer to screw. he ended up getting the deal i got but he got 90 days to pay because he's jobless.
CASE DISMISSED
i gotta pay the court 200 bucks and the attorney (who i never spoke to) 150 bucks by march. not such a bad gig.

the reason they fucked with him more than me was because of his record. he had three sheets worth of shit from the past on there.
