Punkbuttons seems to be the cheapest, but where have you gotten buttons made and for how much?

I think the dude from most precious blood made the buttons for Dour...I forget the company and how cheap.

I have handed out 200 Composted buttons in the past month and about 1/3 put them on instantly, so I guess people still wear them.
