I love to put two eggs in a nonstick pan, let em harden on the bottom and then fold em like an omlet so the yolks are covered. Flip after 30 seconds. 30 seconds later slide it onto toast or your plate and enjoy the awesome-ness of egg yolk.
This Jamaican guy in the hospital cafeteria makes me an egg and cheese sandwich on a whole wheat bagel every morning. I don't think he likes me very much, but his egg and cheese sandwiches are delicious.
