I am a decent drummer looking to start a band. I've played in some but only one band I was in actually left my basement and played one show YAY. So now that my work schedule doesn't suck as much because it's going to start getting slow I'd like to start one up again. I have a shitty recording of my playing at my old bands myspace. www.myspace.com/plaguecalledman that was like two years ago and I have gotten better. I'd love to do something that mixes alot of different genres. I know everyone says that but I am very open minded. I've been recently listening to alot of deathcore, even though i hate using that term but it is what it is. My e-mail is atthehaunted@yahoo.com I like everything from TOOL to All Shall Perish to At the Drive-in to ISIS to Converge. I'd like to incorprate as much of a mix as possible. So start responding now fuckers I live in Dartmouth MA and can practice for free at my house

You're a drummer from Dartmouth? I wonder if I've met you somewhere down the line. I'm also a drummer for Dartmouth and our area is pretty thin as far as able musicians are concerned. There was a guy on here from Acushnet looking for a drummer not that long ago, I wonder if he'll try and hit you up.

Dude, Dartmouth is not thin for metal musicians!

toggletoggle post by sirp  at Oct 25,2008 9:57pm
I don't run into em too often, I just might not look hard enough. New Bedford seems to have more floating around.

There's a decent amount of us out there. I graduated from Dartmouth high in 2000. You were in Hivesmasher? I know Tyler I was a band fag with him haha.

toggletoggle post by aril at Oct 30,2008 12:42pm
UMD had a decent metal crowd. most of them hide in the shadows, though.

toggletoggle post by ddrummer at Oct 30,2008 12:47pm
dartmouth high has a rediculous marching band, or at least they did i dont know if they do anymore

toggletoggle post by atthehaunted  at Nov 5,2008 9:45pm
As far as I know they do, the indoor percussion was sick when I was there. Anyone wanna jam? WTF I know there is people out there who want to play some fuckin music. I really don't care what it is as long as it sounds good.

toggletoggle post by W3 nli at Nov 5,2008 9:47pm
cool if youre still looking next sept then ill def be interested in jamming

toggletoggle post by atthehaunted  at Nov 5,2008 10:19pm
I hope I'm not still looking haha but I'd be down to jam, the more practice i get the better. It sux playing with yourself I do that way too much and I think I'm going to need a new prescription.

this is such a lie, the most pleasure anyone can get is from themselves.

Well doing it too often can give you carpal tunnel. BUMP

toggletoggle post by INADC nli at Nov 8,2008 11:10pm
listen to any doom?

toggletoggle post by atthehaunted  at Nov 9,2008 9:37pm
Not really but I'd probably incorporate it with a mix of other things.

toggletoggle post by sadfsgh at Nov 10,2008 8:29pm
nobody plays in bands any more

toggletoggle post by atthehaunted  at Nov 10,2008 8:33pm

toggletoggle post by INADC nli at Nov 13,2008 7:12pm
