anyways, im skipping the MDF this year, unfortunately - the lineup, compared to last year's, is very unenthralling. especially after rumors of Cryptopsy and Sect Of Execration playing, which were false. im also in the transition of being an adult - if things go right ill be getting a baking job and ill be moving out this summer, meaning i cant drop the cash this year to go anyways, and it adds up, as you know...hotel, gas, tolls, tickets, food etc....

so yeah, im not going...the only regrets i actually have are missing vomit remnants, and the hotel parties afterwards. last year i was brutally sick, and it was still a blast. oh well, theres always next year?

instead im just gonna get my metal fix this may with the suffocation/morbid angel show, and the vital remains show in provi. \m/

Maryland death fest is fucking gay this year. Ion dissonance???? the red chord ????? swarm of the lotus??? hahahahah!! pathetic. yeah there are a ton of good bands playing also but its just a fucking rehash of last year. Im sad ill miss vomit remnants, inhume , mortal decay, malignancy , squash bowels and a few others. People are hyping up bands like last days of humanity amd dead infection. Ok yeah dead infection was like THE goregrind band for the 90's , but who gives a shit when they have one original member in the band? And take LDOH yeah they were sick when hymns came out but what the fuck? they have no remaining original members. Who wants to see a band thats gonna be noise live anyways and has no original members playing it. If this fest was a the pallidium or even someplace in CT, NH, or even NY id go, but im not travelling that far for overpriced tickets anyways. Speaking of bad lineups im curious to see how fucking bad the lineup is gonna be for the mass fest this year
