Unless Mike Hsu starts doing his own club night (tell me that wouldn't kick some serious ass!) all metal bands have for live show exposure with WAAF is through The Rockpile at The Palace in Saugus, MA for right now.

So what we can do is invade that shit! Any metal bands out there who would draw some heads to an 18+ show in Saugus, MA should come down to The Rockpile this Friday for Trauma Concept's show (ladies get in free so bring your girls)... bring a press kit and find me and I will introduce you to the booking agent. We really need to get more real heavy metal in that room to show WAAF what the metal scene is made of. They're up for giving bands chances but you have to make the first move. Lets infiltrate the club with metal!

Being that it is still WAAF, probably better to wait off on the complete death metal bands until we can get more of the metal/metalcore/thrash stuff in there... but I think with how many kick ass bands there are out there it shouldn't be hard to prove that there's a scene for metal and get them to open up more and more to the heavier side of things.

Yes, the Rockpile, we were invited there to play, only if we were better then Fistagon. That is the dumbest policy ever. "Better"...not "draws more people". haha! We dont draw people anyway.

my booking policy has 2 criteria:
1- band is good
2- band is easy to get along with

of course i want my shows to do well, and usually they do.
but i'd rather have a good time and see bands i like then anything else.

not that my shows are the greatest thing ever, but atleast i try
