New site? Maybe some day.

The problem with a society aimed at only growing more consumers is obvious- it drags down the strong and halts, even reverses, evolution. Survival of the fittest is inverted because the weak are better consumers. Consequently all the worst elements are preserved and protected, all the best elements are discouraged. Intelligence, resourcefulness, originality, curiosity- all the elements of the human brain that made us successful animals on this planet have been bred out of us. |

What'd you get that from a Chomsky reader? |

War will not come from without, it will come from the people who have the most money to gain right here in this country. The great CONSUMER wars. All the other 'causes' are just misdirection devices.
The government does not encourage intelligence. It has been subverted in order to profit. More consumers= more money. It's a vicious cycle... |
|
you cannot argue with reality so you make a dim witted comment in order to gratify your ego. |
|
If its such a vicious cycle, stop listening to Naplam Death and reading Debord and do something about it. I agree with some what your saying, but bitching anonymously on some message board won't do shit. |

Let me know how your revolution works out, you futile turd. |

It's not my revolution. I am just an observer. Revolt will come out of necessity. It's the concept of cause and effect that people have lost sight of.
Ultimately nature will revolt. This is the revolution that is coming.

Thank you. You proved my point... When people are confonted with something intelligent they reject it. You did exactly what you have been conditioned to do. You tried to boost your ego. Now that you have put in your two cents you feel a sense of gratification. You got your daily affirmation from society. Congrats! |

Dear Butt-dart, thank you for the clarification and the heads-up. I'll be in my impenetrable, sustainable fallout shelter with my inflatable purple waterwings and my stockpile of canned organic foods, waiting out the apocalyptic wrath of the Earth Mother. If we both survive, maybe we can start a band together- but I call dibs on lead guitar. Can you sing? I'm not really good at that. Vote Obama. |
