No conspiracy here, no law requires the average citizen to pay taxes. The income tax was only meant for corporations and businesses.

Income as defined in the income tax means : money made from profit or gains. a person's labor is private property and an even exchange, you work and in exchange get money, it is not taxable!

unless you are selling goods you don't need to pay income tax.

This topic has been tossed around a lot on here...how would one successfully beat "the man" if he/she was to evade paying taxes? If that information is on the video, I'm shit out of luck since I have dial-up.

I wish you could somehow not pay taxes without being cut out from society, ie having your house forclosed and accounts shut off.

I know alot of former IRS people say they haven't paid taxes for years and havent been bothered, but most of the normal shmoes, including the guy up here holed up in his house with guns brandished, usually get the IRS with guns after them.

so if you know about it they won't bother you, but if you are average they will try to kill you or arrest you for a lonnnnnnngggg time, ie murder.

I would gladly pay 1/3 of my salary to NOT go to jail. the thing that always bugged me about taxes is the fact that your company is taxed.. then they pay you which is taxed. you spend the money (some of it taxed) then the company you spent you money at is taxed... they pay their employees who are taxed and repeat. kind of like death by 1000 little slits.

of course the government then spends money, but since the money they pay to companyies is taxed, they can never get down to zero.

Federal income tax is illegal, everyone should stop paying it, they can't come after us all...by the way, for those living in MA, excise tax was to pay for WWII, so you can stop paying that also.

I lived in Revere for four months last year and got absolutely raped by the interest on an excise bill they sent out a month after I moved out of that dago/wetback shithole(I had to pay $135 for a tax that had originally been $42).

The moral of the story is that not paying taxes is a bad idea and Italians should not be allowed to run a city because they'll just try to run it like their mafia.

yeah i did that with excise tax too. a 29 dollar bill became a 200 dollar bill, and i couldn't renew my license.
