hmmm, I knew by reading the headline that it didn't happen in a prison. The guards in prisons that actually have contact with the inmates carry mace and/or a beating stick at most. They definitely don't carry guns. Either way, that guy looks like a homo who is probably already doing life. When lifers do shit like this, they should get the death penalty.
