I alternate between:
Lurking - 3 sets of 15 reps
Creeping - 3 sets of 10 reps (this is more strenuous, hence the lower reps)
"Hold an orange" - 3 sets of 12 reps with each hand
Do this for 3 weeks and your tr00ness will be greatly increased.
