hahahahhaa, oh man, after living in Woonsuckit for 3 years, I can safely say I'm not surprised...the people in this city need a spay/neuter and release program...for themselves.

Only probation? Smells like liberalism. This will be the next policy adopted to teach kids about sex in school - from condoms on cucumbers to full contact in-class demos w/the teacher. Why do we need sex-ed? Every other species figures it out for themselves, why do we need instruction? Girls have innies and guys have outties - whats so confusing about that? If her slit ain't wet enough, get her to spit on it.
