Engineer (Black Market Activities) and Tides (Level Plane/Teenage Disco Bloodbath Records) are booking a tour in April. If you think you can help with any of the shows, please contact Engineer001@hotmail.com and make it happen.

Engineer are in the home stretch of their recording process. All of the instruments on the record are finished and they begin tracking vocals tomorrow. Here's a statement from the band:

"Our new album, 'The Dregs' is almost completed. We'll be in the studio for the remainder of the month finishing vocals, mixing, and mastering. Jocko (More Sound Studios) has been amazing to work with again, and we couldn't be more happy with the way things have turned out thus far. He's been on par with our vision for this record every step of the way. And it's nothing short of our best work to date."

i did sound for Engineer here in Albany a couple months back, and they blew me the fuck away. seriously crushing live band. if there's ever been an sonic eqivalent to a severe beating, it's these guys. massive. their CD is really really fucking good as well. i was surprised at how well the recording captured the hugeness of their sound. it's not an easy thing to do from an sound engineering perspective, but the dude they recorded with did a great job.
