I'd say probably Integrity. They are the most metal hardcore band I can think of. 100 Demons is pretty good too.

Isn't metalcore supposed to be short for metallic hardcore anyway? I really don't see how any of the bands you guys are talking about in this thread fit that description.

I have a hard time understanding were alot of bands who refer to themselves as metalcore get the hardcore part. Most of them are more influenced by Pantera than Minor threat.

Exactly. Maybe it's just because I'm much more of a punk kid than a metalhead, but a lot of the stuff people call hardcore and metalcore on this board confuses the hell out of me...
