Every time he stops singing, he starts huffing and puffing like he's really nervous, because knows he's making an ass of himself in front of people who don't care for what he's doing, but he really wants to shock everyone with his grim corpsepaint and black metal shirt that no one who watches the show knows about.
It is funny though, that one of the judges was staring at the kid with his hands over his face, completely horrified, like he was watching someone being murdered instead of some douche screeching like an animal.
