Darren had to do this for a number of reasons and from what I'm aware of, he is staying in Arsis. Otherwise, he's still cool for the most part with the BIS guys.

i also met some band that's in the area recording with ken susi strangely enough...i was fairly confident that everyone that went to said karaoke place was 40+

they're actually not that technical

they have complicated parts, but as a whole they work in purpose with the song

ARSIS is the shit. Amazing band. Too bad to see Mike go, he is a great drummer and a huge part of what has made Arsis so excellent over the years. Personality-wise Darren and Mike are pretty much polar opposites so it will be interesting to see how this works out.
