UNEARTH update from the road:
"This tour is honestly has been just like a big group of friends rollin'
around drinking beer and hanging out. It's like a bitchin' kegger party!
Every night has been so amazing. We are the opening band and the kids are
really coming out and supporting us. We have been getting a great response
everywhere we've been and the energy from the crowd has carried from start
to finish at each show. We are so happy to be on this tour. We always loved
watching Headbanger's Ball and thought how cool it would be to be on the
show if it even came back, and now we are playing on the tour. It's just
truly amazing! After this tour we will be going straight into the studio to
start pre production for our next album. We've got about 8 or 10 songs now
and we plan on doing maybe 15 totally. We might go out a play some local
shows just to test out our new material and see how our fan respond." Ken -

Unearth set the tone for the evening with their machine-gun rhythms and
hardcore intensity. The bruising tempo changes of "Endless" and the stomping
thunder of the new "Blood Lust of the Human Condition" marked their set. "No
apologies. It's the heaviest song we've ever done," said Unearth lead
vocalist Trevor Phipps of "Blood Lust."

**Unearth will be playing the New Jersey Metal & Hardcore Fest on Saturday,
November 15.

CATTLE DECAPITATION update from the road for Travis:
"The tour has been going great. Josh is sick but he has still managed to get
up on stage every night. We would like to thank all of our fans in
Albuquerque, NM. The show was awesome, the fans were great. It was by far
the best show of the whole tour. We will be getting our first video tonight.
We are all really excited to see the finished product. Once we get home we
will be posting the video on our website so you can check it out and
hopefully you will see us on MTV. I know there have been some issue
recently, but I want reassure everyone that the tour is still going strong,

BLACK DAHLIA MURDER updates from Brian and Dave:
"We are really glad to have Trevor and Dave back in the band. It's great to
be able to work out your differences and get back to doing what we love to
do, jammin'. Since we are home we have been taking the opportunity to start
writing material for a new album. So far we haven't worked on any lyrics,
but we've gotten lots of music down. So far the style is the same as
Unhallowed. We haven't made any crazy changes yet. We are ready to go out on
tour with Himsa, it's going to be awesome and we are all excited to be
playing the New Jersey Metal Fest next weekend." - Brian Eschbach

the last one to expect thatTrevor and I would be rejoining the Black Dahlia
Murder. But after about a month or so of talking and working through the
personal differences, we decided we would be fools to stay away any longer.
So far, we've been focusing on getting ready for our upcoming tours and have
been working on the songs for the next full length (which are coming
together fast and are proving to be some of our best to date). It feels
awesome to be working these guys again. They're some of the best musicians I
know and it's an honor to be back. Look for us on the road over the next few

THE CROWN enters Swedish Charts with POSSESSED 13
As a newcomer The Crown entered the National Swedish Album Top 100 Charts at
# 54!!! Possessed 13 has been receiving amazing responce from both the press
and fans here in the states. To check out a track off Possessed 13 go to

VEHEMENCE update from the band...
Keyboardist Jason Keesecker is no longer with Vehemence. There are no plans
for a replacement, although a session pianist will be used for the upcoming
album. We wish Jason the best of luck with whatever he chooses to do.

Recording of the new album Helping The World To See is going very smoothly,
and all that is left to record is the vocals. Then we will spend about a
month mixing this monster. So far, the tentative track listing is:

40GRIT update from the road...
A bit of bad news struck the 40 Grit camp when their tour van hit a patch of
Black Ice while driving through Wyoming, and flipped their equipment
trailer. Luckily, no one was hurt, however the trailer sustained some
damage, and the band has canceled the remaining tour dates before the
November 15th date @ The Bourbon St. in Concord.

SHINING FURY update:
Italian Metal stallions SHINING FURY have finished recordings for their
Metal Blade debut Last Sunrise. The band recorded and mixed the album at the
FP Recording Studios with producer Freddy Delirio.

Expect an album full of Power Metal hymns - SHINING FURY have managed to
deliver a masterpiece of European Power Metal with songs that are catchy as
