Which police officer was it? I'm in good with a few weymouth cops. If it was Ebidessah or a couple other guys maybe I could do you a favor.

In Mass. it depends if its your first offence or not.
For a first offence, its a $500 fine. If you are convicted there's also a 60 day loss of license, if its a CWAF, no license loss.

If you have a prior conviction for operating after suspension/revocation it's 60 days in the can, but they'll usually give you a suspended sentance.

i got busted DUI and on a suspended license.

i had to pay fines, go to a class for like 6 months, and lost my license for close to 6 months.

and that was AFTER it being CWAF.

thanks Josh. It was in Plymouth. The DA is letting me pay the tickets and shit that got it revoked. I have to go back in December to show them i got the license, then i think they might drop the charges. Fucking lucked out. If this happened any other night......stems,rocks and spoons, OH MY!!

Yeah, I got pulled over the other night because my license has been suspended since May. I had no idea at all. I also had a bag of weed and a glass pipe on me. Oops.
