i was listening to my ipod today in the car then it froze... so i reseted it.
now when it reset this little ipod with an unhappy face comes on and tells me to go to http://apple.com/support/ipod i followed the directions and no luck..
what was weird is that it had a full charge when it froze then when i plugged it in to my computer it saids it had no charge so i charged it for an hour and it still saids the thing doesn't have a charge can anyone help me out?

If you've bought it within the last year you can get a new one for free. Go to the apple store at the Chestnut Hill Mall in Brookline on Rte. 9 and they'll help you out.
