Things you will need:
1. A towel
2. A rubber glove
3. Lubrication (I like KY)
Take the rubber glove and roll it up in the towel. (Make sure the glove is sticking out of the towel a couple of inches.) Roll it up nice and tight. Then fold the glove over the towel . Then put lotion inside the glove, which is inside the towel. Then have at it. For a more realistic feeling, wet the towel and put it in the microwave for a minute or so. Having had sex with both real live vaginas and this man-made vagina, I highly recommend the man-made version, because of not having to cuddle afterwards.
