i like white wine, but i don't care for red wine. i only have wine on holidays when we eat dinner!

and then by 11pm, you have a raging headache.
the next moring, all you bodily fluids taste/smell like red wine and you have a horrible headache

that's not true for me, but I do wake up looking like I'm wearing lipstick.

sounds to me like aaron needs to get in the habit of drinking more wine

when I get drunk on red wine, the next morning my head kills, I go to piss and I smell red wine.

I don't drink when I shoot cause I don't want to break things and I need to stay away. at home, I drink most nights. usually, I'm trying to get carina to get drink so I'd can do unholy things to her body with minimal struggle.

red wine is much better than white. i do like Sauvignon Blanc, but not as much as a good Cabernet or Merlot. a good bottle of cheap wine and a stick of Cracker Barrel cheese makes for a good night. my bro bought me a bottle of wine for x-mas, and he bought it because there was a forest on it that reminded him of something grim or kvlt, and surprisingly it was a very good wine. i cant for the life of me remember what it was, but it was a mix of cabernet, merlot and reisling i believe.

i been to several wine tastings and vinyards and I must say i don't like "good" wine. gimme a $2 bottle of boones any day.

yeah i have noticed that myself. my dad is a "pro" wine taster, and of all the wines he goes after the cheapest one.

Almost all wines contain sulfites. It is naturally produced by yeast during fermentation. In fact a lot of white wines contain far more sulfites than red. Red wine headaches due to sulfites are a myth.

there are some whites with less sulfites and there are ones with more.
I drink lighter whites and stay away from dries.

you can write down the words "the sky is never blue", and then you can write them down one million times more, but that won't stop the sky from being blue when I look up at it.

whenever aaron and i travel ANYWHERE, I will find a winery and we usually wind up buying a case...Even when we're home we go to the local one.

Had some 2008 pinot from my travels to the willamette valley tonight with slar and others, deliciousness. Outpricing you plebes, sorry to say.

I consumed a bottle of Layer Cake Shiraz last night (along with beers before and after). Not cheap, but reasonable, and quite tasty.

My folks gave me a bottle of MacMurry pinot noir, it's rather amazing

Red wine every day. A favorite I discovered this summer- Roureda Llicorella. (From Spain) Goes great with a nice, juicy, medium rare steak. Or with chocolate. Mmmm steak.

On the cheaper side of things, any of you tried the "Bota" boxed wines? 1 box = 4 bottles. They're suprizingly good for boxed wine. And since the wine doesn't get exposed to the air, there's no rush to drink it all in one sitting. This is good news when I have to work in the morning.

wine in a bag totally rules. it's the best container for spirits.

Sadly, I rarely rush or struggle to polish off a bottle.

Those Bota ones are indeed good.
