i've been playing guitar seriously for something like 6 years now and i'm the biggest metallica fan out there, but my technical ability and musical interests range from opeth to yngwie malmsteen to symphony x to dream theater to children of bodom, in flames, eric johnson, steve vai, all those guitar virtuosos, and anything else heavy. i like 80s thrash like testament and am a big megadeth fan and i can play 60s and 70s like led zep and black sabbath, too. Acoustic guitar, as well. anything fast and with energy is good, but no hardcore please.
i go to school in boston and am hoping to find something going on nearby. post me if you need a guitarist or you want to start a band and i'll give you my AIM sn or something.
