ah, this took me a long time

lyrics from this band (I will force others to figure it out) are always tough for me because the vocalist's pronunciation is completely indecipherable and I do rely on my ears amongst the screams. I should just start reading more lyrics I guess.

we were just having a conversation at band practice about how amazing their lyrics have always been and how rare that is... if you haven't picked up the DVD they put out, you should...a lot of really small shows with tons of energy.

the band being discussed is one of my favorite bands ever.

they're awesome, but 'you fail me' was a let down. i wanna get that DVD you mentioned Brian, I've heard very good things.

I saw them at NEMHF in 2002 (or was it 2003?) and they stole the show from some of the headliners, what an intense performance even in a huge venue like that.

there were so many fights at that NEMHF set, (not that that should be the barometer of a good hardcore set) ... I just remembered counting like 12 fights within the first 3 songs or something ludicrous like that

the DVD is definitely a must have...I live in hypocrisy, because my drummer owns it and it lives communally at our bandspace, which I have a key to...and junk.

i was watching from the center of the balcony towards the front (snagged the seats early in the day) so i had a bird's eye on the mayhem in the crowd and on stage. it was awesome.

definitely great to see the haunted before they sucked too.

the only people that give a crap already know who it is.
