It's not hard to ignore the 'New Event Invitation' and just go in and delete them every once in a while. It's still a pretty cool idea.

I don't mind them when they're for local shows, and I use em for house parties and shit...but I HATE those dickhead bands that flood my band myspace with event invites to shows in fucking Nevada.
