naw i played with most of these gay bands, or well twytch so im good there, we played with umm shit what were the hometown heroes name again. shit within choking range yeah we walked out the first time we heard them play....second time we had no choice but to stay cause we played later then them the other band i dont know but if they're on this bill yeah gayest show ever.
I dont know, i'm not a huge fan of Hell Within, and those who know me, know of my extreme hatred for the majority of Hardcore/Metalcore. But, it's a good opportunity for Seed to make new fans. I havent heard any of the other bands on the bill besides Hell Within, so I cant really pass judgement on any of them.

You think I am joking? Some of them actually got Friend Til Death tattooed on themselves. It's the most homo-erotic secret society ever. I've heard great stories of them all going to back of tha neck practices, and rehearsing their mosh moves like some sort of dance recital. Of course this was all done over cheese pizza and caffeine free diet coke.

Even though my band is on this bill, I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this thread, it makes me laugh. Let me just clarify that Seed was never inspired by nu-metal when we formed 2 1/2 years ago, and try to stay away from the whole metalcore thing as much as possible.
oh i got nothing negative to say about you guys, i just find the rest of these bands hilarious.
i mean gimmicks, changing styles and then names, kicking a singer out cause he was gay. haha dont forget about the trends trends trends trends and i love it when people have nothing to say back to you cause they know that their time is almost up so they throw out....at least were going somewhere or you're just mad cause you're not going anywhere.

Most of you guys couldn't even play the speed of Devil Driver if you tried. Besides, Hell Within sounds nothing like Devil Driver.
Devil Driver has a great drummer. He's definitely not the best, but better than most of you skunk mouthing retards.

Nobody will be there because Hell Within is the only band with half of a draw. We played with Blackout frenzy and Within choking range a couple of times and they have ZERO fans. Blackout frenzy does bring a few fat chicks though.

I wouldn't say Blackout Frenzy sounds like WAAF rock, I will say though that in my opinion they sound like every chug chug band mtv2 plays on Headbangers Ball. I have nothing against them or trying to be a dick, I'm checking out their songs going 'ok, this is something I've heard about 1000 times before... it's nothing new'. If you enjoy it who cares, but that little thing on your myspace that says "your hard to describe" should get tossed because it's not that hard to describe this music and usually every band that has something that makes them sound 'style defying' usually ends up sounding like every other cookie cutter band within their style. I cant stand those, that and those formally written bios, they are so fake and shallow sounding. But thats another topic for another time about how I think the problem with alot of bands around here is that they don't act like bands, they act like they are 'making it' and thats just gay.
You can pretty much say the same for every band on here that "it's been done a 1000 times before." No disrespect to any bands, but any time I give them a listen, I can think of at a dozen other established bands that they sound like.
I can't say I listen to MTV2, so I am not sure what the hell they are playing on there all day and night.
I would say the same about alot of death bands in this area as well don't get me wrong, but as I said, if you want to sound like those bands then that your thing and go for it, me personally I rather see innovation within an existing style atleast.
In any type of metal (or any other genre of music), you're going to hear the influences or downright imitation of other bands when you listen to any local or even national bands. It's fuckin hard trying to reinvent the wheel. Maybe everything has been done.

Sinaria is a cool band, but they don't really sound anything like Lamb Of God. I'm sure Sinaria will take it as a compliment, but tell you the same.

what the hell does that even mean? maybe im missing something, but that didn't make sense to me. but yeah, i should smarten up, you don't sound like mudvayne. just like every other nu-metal band that swapped into the metalcore scene just so you could stay nice and trendy.
