well the car model would be enough if the model only had one wheel size with only one tire option with that wheel. i think the xterra's have 16 inch wheels (thats just by looking at them... it would make sense to have 16's on an suv). junkyards usually have amazing deals on tires that are already on a set of wheels. just hav eto call and see if they have a set for your car. i know that my storm will be getting the junkyard tire treatment. god that car is such a piece of shit.

All right, there's still two options for tires, even with your VIN.
You could have 16" or 17" wheels, depending on if your Xterra is supercharged or not.

The prices, at my cost, range from the cheaper ones at like $92.00 per tire to the more expensive Michelins at about $167.95 per tire.

You might be able to do better at a Sears or something like that but let me know.

i had a tire emergency on Monday morning and was forced to go there. 300 BUCKS for two new front tires! I was pissed and to make matter worse they took a whole hour putting on my tires just so they could charge me the full 82 bucks per hour labor rate. I was the only person there. BULLSHIT.

Mounting and balancing should be a flat rate of about $15.00 per tire.
I can't see paying Munro $82.00 an hour either.
We charge $90.00 an hour at my work and we're a fucking dealership with Senior Master Certified techs.

You might have had some bad luck with some Michelins before but they're pretty damn good.
