DLP's have a much longer life then plasmas, you don't have to worry about dead pixels, if the picture goes, you can have just the bulbs replaces insted of tossing your 60" $10,000 plasma tv into the trash. I won't argue that plasmas look nice, but they're only rated for about 4~6 years of life. where as with proper maintnence and whatnot, a DLP will last 10+ years. |

I didn't say Plasma, I said LCD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Besides, the quality of projection sucks, the picture looks different from every angle. blegh!

the only reason we even got a new tv is because of my big mouth and i know aaron will not call anyone and i'm going to have to waste a day on the phone and see what i can come up with ...but aaron dammit...you try calling them |

old projection yes, you're right, digital projection dosen't suffer from that shortcoming though. |
