after reading that thing about websites being regulated by the government to "protect" children, and the government attempting a new law banning the desecration of the american flag, do you think that is a violation of applicable rights? or is their justification behind it?

I think that history has shown us that once a nation taxes it's citizens to an amount exceeding 50% of their income, that nation is on it's way down with no way to get back up.
