PS: I bought airborne....and take it once a day...although that is to be taken BEFORE...i figure why not...

we bought the lemon theraflu liquid and couldn't drink it..just too gross...

Dayquil keeps me awake when sick and clears up most of the symptoms. You've probably tried that already though

Alka seltzer cold/flu shit works pretty well. get the Orange flavored shit if you like that sort of thing.

I usually do the echinachea and vitamin c when I feel something coming on. My nose is now totally useless, so I will be forced to leave the house for the sole purpose of nasal decongestant.

As for OTC stuff:

Nyquil,theraflu, vitamin C pills, multi-vitamins. LOTS OF WATER!! tea.

Or go to a walk-in for $10 and get a few Prescription stuff that works way better. Like my $20 cough syrup i just ran out of yesterday :-(

dayqhil so you can go to work, otc syrup for the post nasal drip (2 days of swallowing snot will make you feel like you have the flu/if you normally suffer from sinus problems then use sinus med instead) and in the pm, my wonderful stash of codeine cough syrup...just for the fuck of it!
