He doesn't get any of the jokes, and can't follow the plot at all. But he pretends to like it because ICP made it, and he doesn't want to be ostracized from the Norwood juggalo community of which he considers himself to be a pillar of. That, and he just can't bring himself to like a movie without Meg Ryan in it.
