HOPEFULLY. Gotta work on the details, but I am pretty sure that's going to be it. Look at the three bedroom apartments and the floor plan, that's what I'm getting. Moving down with two friends and my brother. We're going to have two people to a bedroom and turn the master bedroom into our office/entertainment room. We'll have three desks with computers and hook up the PS2 and XBox in there.

The best part about this is the price! It's normally $1,400 a month, and divided among four people, that's $350 each a month. Not bad. But three of us are going to be working for the company that runs this place, and they give their employees a 25% discount. Worst case scenerio is knocking $350 a month off the total rent, which would put it at $262.50 a month, per person. The middle case scenerio is that since three of us are working there, we'll get 75% off which means the four of us have to split $350 for rent. THAT'S LESS THAN 100 A MONTH EACH!! But there is a best case scenerio. My Pops is a manager in the company that runs all this, and he has a clause in his contract where he can get a free apartment, and he is going to try and envoke it for us. So basically what I am saying is we could be living there rent free!!!

I am STOKED. It gets even better. Our company has season tickets for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Tampa Bay Bucaneers and Tampa Bay Devil Rays, so we can go to any of their games for free!! The Pats play in Atlanta and Miami next season, and we're making the five hour trips for those games. It gets even better! If our company has properties near any certain city, ie, Tampa Bay, they all have a "company suite," so when I go down to Tampa for all the Red Sox series, we'll have a free place to stay to go to all the games! Tampa is about three hours from Jacksonville!

I can't wait for this. I really can't. I am sad to leave everything up here, but so much is going to happen in Florida for me. I plan on going to less shows, but I'll still be doing my thing as much as I can. I'll be back for Metalfest too. Word.

Well, if the Patriots win Sunday, I am leaving February 2nd, that way I am down in Jacksonville in time for the Super Bowl. If they lose, then I am going to wait until March 8th to finish basketball season and doing some interviews for Hardcore Ink, then I am off...

It's just too good of an opportunity to pass up. I only plan on doing it for two years tops, so I can pay off all my bills, but I can't make many promises that I won't fall in love with it down there. I'll still be posting here though!

We're thinking of turning the dining room area into a fourth bedroom. I gotta see it first, but in the virtual tour in looks like there is a sliding door that can close the room off. It would be smaller, but that person could share the closet in the master bedroom... haha so STOKED.
