Hey, I'm booking a "metal" show on Feb. 12th. The show is more than likely going to be at the BCCA, and will be a benefit fund raiser for that space (assuming that it hasn't closed down by then). If it falls through, the show will probably be going on at the library.

However, I'm having a bit of trouble booking the fourth band. The lineup so far is as follows:

The Hound ("mosh" metal from MA)
Trinity Test ("tech" metal from MA)
Steel Rain ("hair" metal from VT)

The fourth bands that I've tried to attain, but who either said no or didn't reply were:

Big Bear (kindly said no)
Dissappearer (didn't reply)

So, I'm looking for a fourth band who would, ideally, have a good amount of draw. As this is a benefit show it would be great to have as many paying people there as possible.

I'm opening the floor to suggestions, as I just can't think of anyone else. If you have any ideas, let me know.

thanks

alright, here are a few pointers.

get good bands. not the ones you have.
don't ever do a benefit show no matter what the cause.
stop trying completely.
suicide.

I'm thinking about asking either The Heuristic or Life in Vein. I've been listening to the Life in Vein mp3s on their website, and they sound like they would fit well into this bill.
