We'll be there ALL 3 DAYS, as we got the last vendor booth available for this event! This is a killer promotion idea to reach a new audience, & we'll be one of the few music info booths there so we should get lots of attention! Also, people attending the convention have a very wide variety of musical tastes as well. Here's what we have available for you:



CD LISTENING STATION OPTION

We will be having a few CD Walkmans set up at the booth with select CDs available to listen to. The cost to have your CD in the "listening booth" part of the table is $30. This will also include a spot for flyers (you send us the flyers) in front of your CD, saying where they can purchase it if they like it, as well as any other information you choose to include! You also get HALF PRICE on any swag bag option for the Tattoo Conventionwith this package!

Deadline for payment to reserve your spot is Wed. May 28th & no later, so act fast! Materials can be received after, & we accept paypal, checks, & money orders.




SWAG BAG PROMOTION

Yep, we're doing another 500 of our good ole swag bags for this one too! You get us the materials and we do all of the physical work promoting your band or company in our bags!

If you get your payment in to us on or before Wed. May 28th to reserve your spot, we'll give you 25% off any option!

Deadline for regular pricing & all materials to be in is Sat. June 14th

Pricing is as follows to include your materials in the bags:


500 ¼ page sized flyers $10

250 ½ page sized flyers $10
500 ½ page sized flyers $20

250 flyers & stickers $15
500 flyers & stickers $25

250 flyers, stickers, and/or CDs/demos $30
500 flyers, stickers, and/or CDs/demos $50


We will also work with you to create any other kind of package you're interested in!

* If there is anything else that you'd like to put in our bags please drop us a line, as we're always looking for more interesting items to be included. We will give you a BIG discount when placing in items such as buttons, patches, T-shirts, magazines, key chains, & other large promotional items, because they are more fun for the receivers of our bags!


That's it. There's no further obligation to us. We want to help you get your name & music out to the masses! We only charge to cover our expenses unlike the major companies who charges HUNDREDS for the same service!
