I went to the clinker for merely possessing less than a gram of goodness on my "person" back in 02' when I got pulled over for an 'excessively loud exhaust.' It did come up again with my scholarship crap in college and it totally sucked...

I think we all agree the country faces much bigger issues than grass smoking. I read something like 9 billion dollars a year are spent dealing with- something that for the most part, really isn't a problem..
