I voted third party in 2000 and 2004 because of this, the only time I've ever voted for a major party candidate for President in my life was in 2008.

I only like anti-establishment candidates who got off the ground with small donations instead of being some corporate pick from the cradle. It's why I was pulling for Obama to win the Democratic Primary in 2008 and for Ron Paul to win the Republican Primary in 2008, and why I hope Paul wins the Republican primary this time. I think two non-establishment candidates running for President in 2012 would be the best thing to happen to this country's political system in decades, because honestly I bet that 2016 and 2020 and so on for the rest of our lives will probably otherwise as crappy as 2000 and 2004, where we're screwed with a choice of two shitty unappealing candidates bought and sold by their party establishment.
