yeah i have had to seriously curb poor lifting habits. both of my parents suffer greatly from back problems, my dad is active and can be bed-ridden for days if he isn't careful. this is all extremely useful information, i'm amazed haha. i don't give a hoot about looking silly or doing silly things, anything to alleviate this. just lifting Alex's drum rack on at that stage level on Saturday did a number. i could feel the muscles pop.
